Bliss-Stick Shipping Policy After completing the ordering
and purchase of your Bliss-Stick Kayak we will use every means possible to have the delivery to you in 5 working days.
Sometimes sooner depending on where you are in ths States. We hope you enjoy paddling your new boat and get as much
satisfaction from it as we have had assisting you in your choice. Our goal is to make our customers proud to be owners of
Bliss-Stick kayaks. Once the order is placed, we will confirm dispatch, provide you with a tracking
number and directions to the shipping terminal the boat is destined to. After receiving the tracking number from us,
you can log on to one of shippers websites and see exactly where the parcel is in travel. The appropriate website will
be provided, whether it is Old Dominion, Forward Air or Yellow Freight. Simply
enter the tracking number provided to you and your trace of the parcel will be provided. This will give you an idea
when to expect delivery at the terminal. This can allow you to make arrangements to go to the terminal to pick up the
boat. If you cannot make it to the terminal the day of delivery, you should call the terminal and let them know your
schedule. PLEASE NOTE: FOR DELIVERY TO A BUSINESS OR RESIDENTIAL
ADDRESS, THE SHIPPING COMPANY ADD $55.
While you are still at the shipping terminal,
please check the package over for any obvious signs of damage from the delivery company. If you are happy, you can thank them. Pre-cautionary only ......If on the other hand you do notice obvious signs of damage to the
kayak, DO NOT leave the terminal, have them take the boat back and DO NOT accept the delivery, contact WakaWai customer service urgently so we can get a replacement on its way. Canadian

Bliss-Stick Designs Warranty It is essential that all
customers have the assurance that any problems that might arise with Bliss-Stick products will always be dealt with directly
by Bliss-Stick, in New Zealand, in a fast effective manner. It is Bliss-Stick's policy not
to quibble and to get right on the job to ensure problems are resolved to the customer's total satisfaction. If
there are any issues, they want to be the first to know as they value the direct feedback from the people using their products.
This allows them the opportunity to make things right quickly and effective, plus make any adjustments to their production
system to ensure that the problems are resolved. The Bliss-Stick warranty period for a factory
grade kayak is ONE year from the date purchased, unconditional on any parts or moldings
manufactured by the company that are damaged during the course of fair paddling and general wear and tear. In the rare
case of a broken shell, Bliss-Stick may require proof of the damage and circumstances. After this initial period, customers
may be required to pay a minimal fee for replacement parts and shipping, but can be assured that every effort will be made
to keep them a faithful and satisfied Bliss-Stick customer forever. You have our word on it!
SkirtworkS Warranty All SkirtworkS skirts are fully
guaranteed for 3 years to the original owner against defect, material and craftsmanship.
If they find one of their skirts to be defective they will repair or replace the product at their own discretion.
SkirworkS is not responsible for normal wear and tear, alterations, modifications,
or improper use of this product.
USER RESPONSIBILITY: Check all gear before entering
water! Be sure skirt is properly attached to kayak. Practice wet exit before using a new skirt.

SkirtworkS Repairs Policy SkirtworkS will repair there skirts due to normal wear and tear. They will make every effort to turnaround skirt
repairs in one week.
It's better to have your skirt repaired sooner than later!

Shred Ready Limited Warranty Shred Ready warranties its products for
all manufacturing and material defects from a period one-year from the date of purchase for the original purchaser. This warranty
does not include damage incurred through the normal use of our product. Proof of purchase required. Shred Ready Helmet Replacement Program If your helmet's function is compromised
due to normal use or an impact you can replace your helmet at the manufacturing cost plus shipping. Proof of purchase requried.
Shred Ready's Shipping Policy Usually ships 1-2 business
days after placing order if helmet is in stock. In the unfortunate event of being out of stock, you will be notified.
Nookie Warranty... We want you to buy with total confidence that you
can enjoy trouble free use for the lifetime of this product. Please read and retain all the information supplied with
these products, and use and care for it according to the instructions supplied... They offer a conditional lifetime
warranty on everything they make against faulty materials or manufacture. If you buy one of their products and it ever
turns out to be a faulty, they will deal with it as follows: If the product is less than a year old (from date of original
purchase) and you can produce the original receipt, they, at their discretion either replace it or repair the fault to be
as it should have been, free of charge. If it is older (you still need the receipt), they will make a reasonable repair
free of charge. If you don't have the receipt or if the product is not faulty, but is worn out or damaged by any
means, they will make a reasonable repair and charge a nominal fee. Postage is not free- it is your responsibility to
pay for the cost of shipping the products to them, and if it is more than a year old, they will ask you to pay for the shipping
both ways. Their decision is final as to what constitutes "faulty" and what is "wear and tear",
"misuse" or "poor storage", but they are determined to be reasonable and to give the benefit of the doubt
when possible. It is important that you understand that the longevity of the product is affected by many things.
Heavy use can wear out even a top quality product in a matter of months. They design water sports equipment with the
intention that a normal recreational user will get a minimum of several seasons of use from it. But the manner of use
and of storage can shorten this time. In particular, latex seals are so fragile that they cannot have any expectation
of their lifetime. They can fail at any time and they regret that they are not able to replace them free of charge unless
they appear to have failed because of a visible fault in molding. Whatever the cause, you can expect that if anything
