WakaWai is proud to announce that we are a new distribution center for Bliss-Stick Kayaks in the United States.  

We will let you demo a Bliss-Stick and will also have a wide range of boats in stock, so if you want a Bliss-Stick, good chances are it will be in stock and ready to ship out to your door.

Bliss-Stick NZ is excited about this and is glad to have us be a part of the family!  In doing this it will help get the shipping cost down, provide the customer with the best selections, customer service and the hopes of seeing more and more Bliss-Stick Designs showing up on rivers in the States, as they do in NZ, Australia and in Europe. These solid, sound kayaks are known worldwide, carry a great reputation for winning events and will outlast most others for durability and comfort.

We are going to be using the same format that has been used for the past 5 years, except now the inventory requests and fulfillment come through WakaWai.  If someone can get to Asheville to pick up a boat, then that means you can remove the shipping from the cost of the boat.  NOTE:  SHIPPING WILL NO LONGER BE INCLUDED IN THE RETAIL PRICES OF THE BOATS.  Please check out the Bliss-Stick Agent page on the website, it has a list of states and the appropriate agents that correspond with the state. Just like before, you will get in touch with the agent in your area and contact them to set up a demo of you Bliss-Stick boat of choice.

Once you decide to purchase, we get a little information from you and start the process on getting you, your Bliss-Stick Design. We will have up to date availability on make, model and color choice to provide you with the best selection. Upon receipt of that order, we will contact you with a shipping quote. Once the shipping quote is OK'd by the customer, we will then make the necessary arrangements for payment. We offer several payment options such as secure online checkout through WakaWai's website, Visa, Mastercard, Money Orders, Bank Checks and Cash. Once payment is received, we will confirm your order through email and provide you the tracking number and directions to the shipping terminal the boat is destined to.

After receiving the tracking number from us, you can log on to one of shippers websites and see exactly where the parcel is in travel. The appropriate website will be provided, whether it is Forward Air or YRC Freight. Simply enter the tracking number provided to you and your trace of the parcel will be provided. This will give you an idea when to expect your delivery at the terminal.  This can allow you to make arrangements to go to the terminal to pick up the boat.  If you cannot make it to the terminal the day of delivery, you should call the terminal and let them know your schedule.

PLEASE NOTE:  FOR DELIVERY TO A BUSINESS OR RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS, THE SHIPPING COMPANY ADD $55. 

After completing the ordering and purchase of your Bliss-Stick Kayak we will use every means possible to have the delivery to you in 5 working days. Sometimes sooner depending on where you are in ths States. If you are unsure of your area, please see the shipping map on the Shipping/Policies page. We hope you enjoy paddling your new boat and get as much satisfaction from it as we have had assisting you in your choice. While you are still at the shipping terminal, please check the package over for any obvious signs of damage from the delivery company. If you are happy, you can thank them.

Pre-cautionary only ......If on the other hand you do notice obvious signs of damage to the kayak, DO NOT leave the terminal, have them take the boat back and DO NOT accept the delivery, contact WakaWai customer service urgently so we can get a replacement on its way.

Canadian Shipments: They are welcomed! PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER. That way all the necessary paperwork, shipping cost and information is in order for a speedy process.
