Wakawai gives HR and leadership a tool for year-round work with culture, engagement and purpose. From the first survey to activities people genuinely embrace.

Companies want to develop their people and culture and strengthen engagement. Nonprofits are also looking for stable partners for their mission. At Wakawai we connect these worlds into one clear ecosystem.
Instead of isolated perks and one-off team-building events, we create a year-round environment for wellbeing, growth and team belonging. We give HR and People & Culture leaders a tool that turns passive employees into active creators of company culture.
Wakawai is built by a team that brings together experience in technology, the nonprofit sector, HR and people development, as well as sales and marketing. We share the drive to build a product that helps companies run meaningful activities for their employees more easily, more clearly and with a positive impact on the world around them.

Co-founder & Sales
At Wakawai I connect our vision with customers and the real needs of companies. I help companies analyse where they stand, name their priorities and find a solution that makes sense. I have over 10 years of experience in sales and building projects, and I co-founded the Wakawai Foundation. I'm inspired by business with a purpose and a positive impact.

Co-founder, Marketing & Product Design
At Wakawai I take care of marketing, go-to-market and product design. I have over 10 years of experience in marketing, UX/UI and building products for more than 150 clients across industries. I love telling the stories of the people who use Wakawai, and the journey of the product itself. It matters to me to build things that do good for people, not just for business.

Product, Operations, People & Culture Lead
At Wakawai I connect the product, processes and the practical rollout at companies. I have over 12 years of experience in product management, operations, team leadership and digital transformation in education, social impact and technology. I make sure Wakawai's vision turns into a clear product, working processes and concrete activities that make sense for companies, employees and partners.

Technology Lead
At Wakawai I build the technical side of the platform, from architecture through development to implementation. I have 12 years of experience developing web applications and designing systems, including work on several successful startups. I enjoy using technology to create solutions with a positive impact, and co-creating the product from the ground up.
So good things in companies don't happen by chance alone. So people connect across teams, offices and interests. And so they're glad to come back to work after the weekend.
No pressure. No chaos. With ease.
The original Wakawai connected the worlds of nonprofits and companies. One side gained support, expertise and partners, the other a meaningful way to involve its people in activities with a wider purpose.
It soon turned out that working with nonprofits doesn't just have an external impact. It also has a positive effect inside the company: on relationships between people, a sense of purpose, pride, loyalty and overall engagement.
The original idea grew into a platform for working with culture and people's engagement. Wakawai now helps companies move from passive perks to systematic, data-backed work with people.
Our goal is for companies to work better on the inside, so they can have a positive effect on the outside too: on their people, teams, communities, nonprofit partners and the wider world.
Culture isn't built by a one-off team-building day. It's made of small, regular activities people take part in all year round.
Perks alone aren't enough. People need real meaning, community and trust in their own ideas and initiative.
Surveys and charts won't solve the problem. Turn data into concrete steps that move your company culture forward.
Give people room to look after themselves, grow professionally, build relationships with colleagues and make a positive impact through their work.
See at a glance which activities really engage the team, where energy is growing and which initiatives fizzle out.
Real company culture isn't in an HR presentation, but in your people's everyday actions, habits and shared experiences.
